Placerville, CA… Having already been announced as an event sponsor, valued Placerville Speedway partner High Sierra Industries has now offered up a $1,000 mystery draw at the 16th annual Mark Forni Classic tomorrow.

The top-8 finishers in tomorrow’s Winged 360 Sprint Car feature will be eligible to take part in the special mystery draw. The winner of the main event will reach into a bag on the front stretch that has eight ping pong balls numbered one through eight inside of it. Whoever finishes in the spot drawn goes home with a cool $1,000 on top of their winnings courtesy of High Sierra Industries.

“High Sierra Industries has been a great partner since we took over Placerville Speedway in 2016,” said track Promoter Scott Russell. “Chris Meyer and the Meyer family have a passion for the sport, our track and we can’t thank them enough for the support. This mystery drawing tomorrow will add a little spice to our post-race celebration on the front straightaway.”

High Sierra Industries is an industry leader in emergency food and hydration, serving many different needs including fires, schools, convalescent homes and more.

Thanks to the support of Elk Grove Ford, Doug Veerkamp General Engineering and High Sierra Industries the Winged Sprint Car main event at the Forni will hand out $5,000-to-win; $2,500 for second and $1,500 for third.
