Placerville Speedway is delighted to announce that Hoosier Racing Tires is back as official tire of the quarter-mile clay oval in 2022. Hoosier continues to be a valued supporter of short track racing and an important part of the Placerville Speedway season, as they present each of the 16 championship point races.
Today, Hoosier Racing Tire is the largest race tire manufacturer in the world. Hoosier has grown to produce over 1000 different types of race tires. The company has its own 300-mph test wheel; a technology center; state-of-the-art, fully-integrated production facilities recently adding a high-tech mixing plant, with enough capacity to produce not only for Hoosier Racing Tire, but to have the ability to produce rubber for additional entities as well as a model sales and distribution network.

The Placerville Speedway season gets underway with a Test and Tune on March 12th before the opening championship point race presented by Hoosier Racing Tires commences on March 19th. In competition on opening night will be Winged 360 Sprint Cars, Ltd. Late Models, Pure Stocks and the Mini Trucks.
Partnership opportunities are still available with deadlines approaching to have partner logos included on pocket schedules, posters, track apparel, etc.

The Placerville Speedway is located on the beautiful El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, California. Take Hwy US-50 to Forni Road/Placerville Drive exit.
