High Sierra Industries returns to Placerville Speedway as title sponsor for 2022 By Gary Thomas

Placerville, CA…Russell Motorsports Inc. and Placerville Speedway are thrilled to welcome back High Sierra Industries as title sponsor for the upcoming 57th season of competition at the quarter-mile. High Sierra Industries is an industry leader in emergency food and hydration, serving many different needs including fires, schools, convalescent homes and more. The company also offers Trucking Services, Equipment Rentals and Fleet Services.
“High Sierra Industries is pleased to be back as title sponsor of the Placerville Speedway this year,” commented company owner Chris Meyer. “Scott and Kami have done an outstanding job with everything at the track and it should be a great season ahead. The continued improvements each season have been excellent to see. We also look forward to having High Sierra Industries adorn the scoreboard once again this year.”
Kami Arnold of Russell Motorsports Inc. also spoke about the partnership saying, “High Sierra Industries has been a great partner since we took over Placerville Speedway in 2016. Chris Meyer has a passion for the sport, our track and we can’t thank him enough for the support. We are fortunate to have friends and partners such as Chris and Shauna involved with the speedway.”
The 2022 season gets underway with a Test and Tune on March 12th before the opening championship point race presented by Hoosier Racing Tires commences on March 19th. In competition on opening night will be Winged 360 Sprint Cars, Ltd. Late Models, Pure Stocks and the Mini Trucks.
Partnership opportunities are still available with deadlines approaching to have partner logos included on pocket schedules, posters, track apparel, etc.

The Placerville Speedway is located on the beautiful El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, California. Take Hwy US-50 to Forni Road/Placerville Drive exit.
