Placerville, CA – February 21, 2019…Over the last few weeks there have been various updates to the Placerville Speedway schedule for 2019 as things still came together. Below is the most up to date copy of the schedule for the upcoming 54th season of competition at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds quarter-mile.
The Placerville Speedway will hold a Playday on Saturday March 16th, before opening the season one-week later with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and Elk Grove Ford Midgets on Saturday March 23rd. The Sprint Car Challenge Tour presented by Elk Grove Ford and Abreu Vineyards will then open its season on Saturday March 30th at the track, followed by the championship weekly point opener on Saturday April 6th.
Another reminder that all minor drivers (those 17 and under) must have their paperwork completed and returned to the office within two weeks of their first race (including Playday on March 16th). Minor forms are available at https://www.placervillespeedway.com/forms
The Placerville Speedway is located on the beautiful El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, California. Take Hwy US-50 to Forni Road/Placerville Drive exit.
